Chocolate Pecan Smoothie
If you love pecans, then this smoothie is for you!
This one has cacao nibs or dark chocolate (90%) in. When combining with bananas, dates, and pecans, it adds a chocolate chip like quality, almost like you’re drinking a chocolate chip milk shake, but it’s healthy.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- ½ cup Pecan Butter
- 3-4 dates, pitted
- 1 large banana
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons cacao nibs
- 1 cup ice
Instructions:
Put everything in your blender and blend until smooth. Add additional milk and/or ice depending on how thick you like your smoothie.
