Refund policy

Exchange and Return Policy

At ButtaNutt we strive to provide the best possible products and service. While we don't have a 30-day return policy, we're happy to facilitate exchanges and replace damaged goods.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product, please follow these steps:

1.⁠ ⁠Return the product: Courier the product back to us at your expense.
2.⁠ ⁠Request an exchange: Email us at onlineorders@buttanutt.co.za with your exchange request, including details about your preferred variant.
3.⁠ ⁠Inspection and processing: We'll inspect the returned product to ensure it's in good condition. If everything checks out, we'll send out your preferred variant.

Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged product, please:

1.⁠ ⁠Notify us: Email us at onlineorders@buttanutt.co.za with proof of damage.
2.⁠ ⁠We'll replace it: Once we've reviewed your request, we'll replace the damaged goods at our expense.

Missing Goods
If you haven't received your order within 10 working days of ordering, please:

1.⁠ ⁠Notify us: Email us at onlineorders@buttanutt.co.za.
2.⁠ ⁠Refund or resend: You'll be eligible for a refund, or we can offer to resend your order while we investigate.

Refunds
If you're eligible for a refund, we'll process it promptly. Please note that refunds may take some time to reflect on your account.
