Never have, never will. Refined sugar has been shown to negatively impact health, and we believe that our spreads are better without it. We use 100% natural honey in tiny amounts in our Cocoa Macadamia and Honey Almond Macadamia spreads. Creamy and naturally sweet - that’s how we like it. 


Nuts are full of them – and they do a number of positive things for your body, including helping you maintain a healthy metabolism and strong immune system.


Tree nuts have moderate to high levels of dietary protein, hence a good alternative to animal proteins. They can help you cut down on meat and fish, if that’s what you’d like to do - for health, environmental or philosophical reasons. Just sayin’.
