


Peanut butter layer:
3 tbsp (36 g) chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk (@buttanutt)
2 tsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)
2 tbsp 100% peanut butter (@buttanutt).
Cocoa Layer:
3 tbsp (36 g) chia seeds
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup Cocoa Oat milk (@buttanutt)
2 tsp maple syrup or honey
Stir Peanut butter ingredients all together in one container and the Cocoa Layer ingredients together in a separate container.
Stir well until the mixed and no clumps remain.
Let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until thickened to your preference. It may also be prepared in advance and left overnight or up to 2 days.
When firm and thick layer in a glass and top with peanut butter and crushed nuts.
