Nutty green smoothie bowl
A healthy plant-based kale and avocado smoothie bowl topped with chia seeds, pomegranate rubies and goji berries.

250ml (1 cup) almond milk
1 (100g) small banana, frozen
½ (100g) small avocado
handful (50g) kale, chopped
1 (32g) ButtaNutt Pecan Macadamia squeeze pack
15ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
15ml (1 tbsp) goji berries
5ml (1 tsp) chia seeds + extra to serve
handful pomegranate rubies
Combine the almond milk, banana, avocado, kale, nut spread and maple syrup in a food processor and blend until smooth. Spoon it into a serving bowl and garnish with the goji berries, chia seeds and pomegranate rubies.
TIP: For a regular smoothie bowl, simply replace the almond milk with cow’s milk or yoghurt.
